Every stone we sell carries a grading report from an independent laboratory, and the stone in your hand must be the stone on that paper. If it ever is not — or if a setting fails through no fault of wear — we repair, replace, or refund in full. No time limit. No cost to you. The grade is not ours to give, so it is not ours to bend.

Any standard catalogue piece or loose curated stone may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — unworn, certification intact, insured return shipping arranged by us. Live with it. Look at it in your own light. If it isn't right, it comes back and your money comes back with it.

A natural diamond from this house never loses its price to us. Whenever you choose — a year from now or thirty — trade it toward any natural stone priced at least 2x the original, and 100% of what you paid for the stone counts toward the new one. Forever, one active trade at a time. The anniversary upgrade, the milestone stone: already half-arranged.

Every house piece is entitled to an annual inspection, professional clean, and re-tip check — in the atelier or by insured mail, arranged by us. Free, forever. Jewellery that is looked after once a year outlives its first owner; we intend yours to.
Lab-grown, honestly
We do not offer trade-up on lab-grown stones, because we will not pretend they hold resale value. We price them accordingly from day one.
The binding versions of these promises live in our Returns & The Guarantee policy and our Terms of Service. Delivery, insured door to door, is set out under Shipping & Delivery. Custom and Crown commissions are approved in writing before production begins and are non-refundable once it does.
