Almost everything we offer is sourced or made for you, not pulled from a shelf. Your timeline is shown before you pay, and confirmed in writing the moment you order. Nothing ships until it has passed our own eyes.
- •Sourcing & production. Loose certified diamonds are typically sourced within 7–10 business days. Finished and custom pieces are made to order in 2–4 weeks. Custom commissions get an exact timeline in writing before any deposit is taken, and we keep you informed at every stage.
- •How we ship. Every item travels fully insured, by signature-required courier, with tracking shared the moment it leaves us. We never ship a diamond uninsured or without a signature at the door. Not once, not ever.
- •Where we ship. Worldwide. Wherever you are, the same rules apply: insured, tracked, signed for.
- •Duties & taxes. For orders within Canada, applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout — the total you see is the total you pay. For international orders, import duties and local taxes are set by your country and are payable by you on arrival; check your country's thresholds before ordering, and write to us if you'd like help estimating them before you buy.
- •Loose stones. A loose curated stone travels the same way a finished piece does — insured, tracked, signed for — sealed with its independent grading report, which is part of the stone: keep them together. If a stone is coming back to us within its 30 days return window or under a trade, don't book a courier yourself — write to us and we arrange the insured return, both directions on our cover.
- •Packaging. Discreet, unbranded outer packaging. What's inside is nobody's business but yours.
- •Delays. Customs, couriers, and sourcing occasionally run on their own clock. When something outside our control affects your timeline, you'll hear it from us first — with a revised date, not an excuse.
- •Risk & title. Your piece is insured by us for the entire journey. Risk passes to you on signed delivery.
